Billing
A Credit Card is required. Monthly recurring charges are billed one month in advance. Minute charges are billed in reverse. Excessive minute usage may be billed on a weekly basis. Declined Credit Cards and 'Charge-Backs' will result in service suspension.

Can I point my TeleCapture number to a different phone?

Yes. You can change where your TeleCapture number is directed. Changes are instant.

Can I use the TeleCapture service with a mobile phone?

Certianly. However your mobile carrier rates will still apply.

How does telemarketer blocking work?

Our software blocks known telemarketing numbers from calling you. Think of it like an e-mail spam filter.

How long does it take for a new call to show up in the reports?

Most calls will show up immediatly. There may be short delays if you are experiencing extremly high call volumes.

What information do I get from a cell phone caller?

Cell Phone carriers do not provide information, so you would only see the Caller ID Name and phone number.

Are there any long-term commitments?

No, TeleCapture Services are month-to-month.

How long have you been in business?

We have been in the call-measurment business for over five years. We started TeleCapture in February of 2007 as a means to effectively service small and medium-sized businesses.

Are you located in someones garage or apartment?

No, we have three redundant datacenters which are geographically diverse. Each datacenter has fully redundant systems.

How many minutes do you think my number will use and how do you calculate billing?

It really depends on your business and the advertised offer, but, on average, a TeleCapture Number will use about 220 minutes per month. We calculate billing to the second.

How long to you keep call recordings?

12 months.

How do you recycle your numbers?

All numbers are put through a cleaning process after use. This usually takes 3-6 months. We do not recycle numbers which receive a statistically high number of calls while they are inactive.
